Veal was as popular and plentiful as our chicken. Veal is a baby cow, its white meat very tender. Since baby cows aren't grass grazing yet, their only source of nutrition is it's mothers milk. Thanks mom.Extra lardo with cheese puff bread
Veal with a barolo wine sauce & asparagus.
It was asparagus season, which meant my pee reeked very badly. I like the smell, it makes me realize how fast the body reacts to what you consume.
